You can participate in our project using Windows computer or Android phone. ATTEX Attention Panel is invitation only panel. If you are interested in joining ATTEX panel you can submit your request here. Once we have available places we will send you invitation.

All you need to do is to install our software (and connect eye tracker if using computer) and surf the internet as usual and you will receive your compensation every month.

The data you generate during your time in the panel is managed in aggregate form and saved completely anonymously, in accordance with GDPR.

The panel is passive and we will only contact you with new updates.

ATTEX Attention Panel is an initiative from the ATTEX company. The aim of the project is to investigate where people look when they surf. The insights from the study are then used to improve the user experience in the digital environment.

Absolutely. Eye trackers use cameras and near-infrared light (which is practically invisible to the human eye). Infrared light is all around you, in sunlight as well as other sources of everyday light, and it is harmless.

The data you generate for us is first and foremost anonymous, we cannot link the data generated to a unique person.

We use the data to understand individuals' surfing behavior on the internet.

We divide and measure the generated data in three different ways.

All advertisements that are on the website you are browsing.

All ads that are on the website and are on your screen, ads that you can technically be exposed to.

All ads that are on the website but that you actually look at, and in some way give you attention. This data is what we call eye tracking data and can therefore measure eye movements.

Eye movements are measured through your gaze and we cannot see your eyes or your face.

We send out rewards via email on an ongoing basis. We send active panelist GoGift card every mont. The reward is based on whether you have been active during the month and send us eye tracker data.

Please check your junk folder first to see if it may have ended up there.

Also, double-check that your eye tracker is properly connected. You can do this by clicking on your Chrome extension (top right of your browser) and looking in the box. If it lights up green, it means that your eye tracker is working properly. If it doesn't light up, please read what you can do under "Technical issues".

Has your eye tracker worked properly but you still haven't received your refund? Contact us and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

Your data is safe with us!

The data is collected according to GDPR's privacy by design, which means that the generated data is stored completely anonymized and without the possibility of being linked back to an individual.

We collect data related to advertising, whether an ad was displayed and the main URL on which it was displayed. We separate your personally identifiable information such as email or name from all web information in our system. Your personal information is saved so that we can reward you as a panel member. The personal information is stored separately from all browsing data and is created, updated and deleted when a panel member joins and leaves our panel.

It normally takes 2 weeks depending on where you live and the number of deliveries. We ship with the shipping company DHL and you will receive a delivery notice from them.

If it has been more than 3 weeks since you signed up for the panel and you have not received your eye tracker yet, please contact us.

Our survey aims to investigate which ads are seen, in order to educate the market about human behavior around advertising. Therefore, unfortunately, you are not allowed to participate in the survey if you use ad blockers and therefore do not see any ads.

We have received requests to participate in the study with another operating system such as Linux. This is currently not possible.

Try plugging and unplugging the eye tracker from the computer. Sometimes the eye tracker may need to be unplugged for a few hours.

If you already have the latest version, or if updating the software does not work, you can do a complete uninstall of the software and then reinstall it again. Instructions on how to do a complete uninstall can be found on the following youtube link.

Don't forget to download all our programs and restart your computer afterwards to get the eye tracker started.

To participate in the study, you should surf as usual and keep the eye tracker connected along with the Chrome extension as much as possible. The rule of thumb is to have everything connected every time you use your computer. The purpose of the panel is to capture normal customer behavior and therefore you do not need to change your computer habits.

You will receive compensation every month if you follow these guidelines.
