The small print, in plain language.
- Where does the panel run?
- We run mobile panels in Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland. The Norwegian panel is operated by Norstat — if you're in Norway, apply through them.
- What device do I need?
- A personal Android phone (your own device, not work-issued). One active ATTEX account per person.
- What does ATTEX actually track?
- We measure attention, behaviour and engagement across your everyday apps — with a blocklist of sensitive apps (health, banking, dating and more) that we never track. Time counts toward your monthly credits while you're actively in a non-blocked app with measurement on; phone-locked and paused time don't count.
- What about my face?
- Eye-tracking runs locally on your phone via the front camera. No facial images are stored or transmitted. You can pause measurement at any time.
- How is the winner picked?
- One winner each month, drawn at random on the first banking day of the following month from all valid Hour Credits earned that month. Credits reset every month.
- Are the prizes taxable?
- Possibly — winnings may be taxable under Swedish, Danish or Finnish income tax rules. Winners are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable tax.
- Can I withdraw?
- Yes — pause or withdraw any time. Earned gift card thresholds you've already crossed remain yours.
